Russian revenue stamps are the popular collectibles in the world. For instance, well known collector Agafon Faberge has a great collection of revenues. At this moment there exist 4-5 big general collections of russian revenues inside Russia and may be 5-10 outside. A lot of russian collectors have small and average revenues collections. Russian revenue stamps are the regular topic for some popular auctions houses in the world.
