It should be mention that many of stamps collectors collect prints of postage stamps on the envelopes and post cards. There are a lot of articles and researches in this area in the magazines and journals.
But prints of postage stamps never to be compared with the prints of revenue stamps from the point of view of beauty and variety. Nevertheless, we can say so for Tsar time only, unfortunately.
Let's look on some examples. Here is the example of stamp with the internal engraving (). The prints of it looks carelessly, but such stamps are easy to produce. This is the example of notarial stamp (). , notarial service was widespread, that's why such prints are often. Note, print of stamp consists of two parts. Here is the more simple print of notarial stamp ().
On a whole, Tsar time gives us three types of stamps: circular, rectangular, and cross-type. The examples of circular ones: diocese () and factory stamps (). But you cannot find that luxury which was inherent for Tsar time.
